Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy


You may return any item you have purchased in new condition with original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 days of our receiving your return.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Warranty Should the product be received damaged on arrival, or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via our contact links, to help us arrange a replacement on receipt of the product. We also provide a 1 year replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund. 

Assembly

 
Because our bikes come diassembled in bike boxes, we strongly advise all bikes purchased online are assembled by a qualified cycle mechanic. For warranty cover we require proof of assembly by a cycle mechanic. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo.

Your privacy is very important to Full Cycle.With that in mind, will not;
  • collect personally identifiable information like your name, e-mail and mailing address and your phone number without your knowledge and permission;
  • disclose your personal information to third parties unless you have authorized us to do so;
